A: Property owners are expected to pay forany advertising fees; we will not charge above what the vendor charges. We make the best effort to fully utilize free and low-cost advertising outlets so that there is no cost to the owner.
- Q: Can I cancel if I am not satisfied with the results?
A: Yes (some restrictions apply).
- Q: Can I have you find me a tenant and I take over the rest?
A: Yes (some restrictions apply).
- Q: Can you pay for taxes, mortgage payments, etc. via the rental payments?
A: Yes
- Q: How many properties do you currently manage?
A: We currently manage a large and a small apartment community and less than 30 single-family homes. A range in property size, type, and location allows us to be able to handle all types of concerns and situations.
